Here is another card that we made in class using the Simply Stars stamp set.
For this card we first cut a smaller piece of Whisper White card stock and ran it through the Arrows Textured Impressions Embossing folder and the adhered it to the card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals. We then stamped stars in Marina Mist and Crushed Curry inks before cutting them out, we punched out the smaller ones from the Brushed Silver card stock. The sentiment is from the hostess set Banner Greetings we arranged them along the bottom of the embossed card before adhering them with snail or stampin’ dimensionals……
I wasn’t sure how my ladies would take to another “Star card” especially as the last one took them a wee while to make……..but they loved it.
Sadly these stamp sets are on the retirement list and the wooden “Simply Stars” set has already sold out, remember if there is anything on the list that you were thinking about ordering you really should do before its to late and you regret it.
