This first card I’m sharing with you uses a whole sheet of 6×6 Inked Botanicals Designer Series Paper – nothing wasted.

You simply cut of 1/2 inch from one side, make a couple of scores and add some plain cardstock to write on.
The sentiment is from a retired set Happiness Abounds which happened to be on my desk from a scrapbook layout I had just finished.
I will definitely be making more of these especially as I have loads of 6×6 papers in my stash.
This second card again uses a scrap of Designer Series Paper along with a piece of Lost Lagoon cardstock which I ran through my Stampin’ Cut and Emboss Machine with the Exposed Brick 3D Embossing Folder.
The join is covered with a strip of Calypso Coral card stock, an image from the Quiet Meadow stamp set and finished off with some retired Gold Gems.
The sentiment comes from one of what I call a must have stamp set Go To Greetings.
