I have really loved playing with this stampset Epic Celebration during Sale A Bration this year. Here's a really fun card. Firstly I stamped the image randomly in Memento ink over Pool Party cardstock, then using my blender pen and Stampin's White Craft ink I coloured some of the bits in in white. I've punched the sentiment out using the Tailored Tag Punch and mounted this on Tranquil Tide Card stock.... these two colours really work well together!! Remember that for every £45...
Sale A Bration Saturday
Usually for every £45 you get to choose one Sale a Bration (Level 1) item but this year Stampin' Up! have introduced some "Level 2" items which are available with a £90 spend. Here I've used the Happy Wishes Level 2 stamp set and Wood Words stamp set to create this weeks offering. Today I'm sharing with you a card made using one of the NEW Sale A Bration items that was released mid February. Today's Masculine Monday card uses the True Gentleman DSP along with stamps for the Guy Greetings. One of my ladies asked for me to repeat this fancy fold card, as you don't just fold the corner over!! You make two slits into the card and then twist and fold the corner out. Its really easy!! Life seems to have got in the way of me playing with my 2nd release of Sale A Bration items. So I'll share with you another card using the Epic Celebration stamp set and Brusho's from the Spring/Summer catalogue. To create the background I sprinkled the tiniest bit of Brusho onto watercolour paper before spritzing it with water and leaving it to dry. On Saturday I held my all day workshop One for the Men, the ladies received the Truly Tailored bundle as part of their class kit. The first project I made for them was a matching gift box and card. The gift box was cased from the spring/summer catalogue.... Who said that the Epic Celebration stamp set is just for the men!! Here I've used the new Scattered Sequin Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder on a Pink Pirouette card base, before colouring the sneakers in with a Pink Pirouette Stampin' Blend I've also used one of the level two Sale a Bration items - the Celebrate You Thinlit Dies to create the sentiment.
