Yes I know its Bank Holiday Monday but I got so engrossed in stripping wall paper yesterday I forgot to make sure my blog post went up. Embossing Trick……………………
Today I'd like to share with you a card I made using the Arrows Textured Impressions Embossing Folder,the retiring Incolours and elements of the Circle Card Thinlits. The trick was in cutting the embossing folder so that you only got some of the impression on your card. My ladies were aghast that I actually cut my folder up, it still worked fine but just in case I bought a spare. I'm sad to see this folder go as I so love it for masculine cards. I decided that i needed to give my brayer an outing - it hasn't been out of the box for a wee while a year or more (hangs head in shame) but I'm pleasantly surprised with the finished card.
