I’ve used the Petite Pennant Builder Punch with the Well Worn Designer Papers and co ordinating cardstock Not Quite Navy and Cajun Craze.
The sentiment has been stamped in Not quite Navy and coloured with Stampin’ Write Markers – Sahara Sand, Cajun Craze and Not quite Navy………
