Saturday saw the first of my Christmas card classes, with my Christmas in July event, lots of fun and laughter was shared throughout the day and for the first time ever I forgot to take pictures, so I can’t share those with you.
But what I can share with you is the projects that we made throughout the day.
This card is made using the resist technique i.e stamping with versa mark and the braying with another colour (here I used Crumb Cake and Serene Snowflakes sorry the colours doesn’t show to well in this photograph).
The lower section of card stock uses  Stampin’ Up!s Brushed Gold card stock, I’m not a great lover of using anything “gold” on my projects  but I love the fact that this is not as shiny as other gold card stock on the market.  This has been punched with the Scallop Trim Border Punch. The sentiment is from the Season of Joy  stamp set. To finish the flowers punched from the 5 petal flower punch and embellished with some lovely sparkly bits.
My ladies love punch art so I couldn’t resist and put one in the session. The background here again is stamped with Serene Snowflakes but this time with the Platinum Shimmer paint, to me a Christmas card is undressed without a bit of sparkle on them. The Snowman is made using a variety of  current Stampin’ Up! punches, I wouldn’t be without any of mine I just love seeing what I can create with them.
Well must dash its getting late and I need my bed………be sure to pop back and see more throughout the week.
Happy Stampin’
