Here’s a card that my ladies made at my last card class using the Bloomin’ Marvelous Stamp set, Vine Embossing Folder , Sycamore Street DSP and Ribbon Collection.
We created the frame using the Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border Punch………they loved that they didn’t have to line it up as usual.
Here’s what I call an “arty farty” view of the frame.
