Welcome to December’s Ink & Share Scrapbook Blog Hop, the last one for 2018 – The theme chosen for this month’s theme is “Embossing” which  meant we could use Embossing paste, Embossing Folders or Heat Embossing with powders.

You may have joined me from Jenna’s blog or perhaps you are starting you journey here with me, I hope that you like our creations and the they give you inspiration as you hop around the world.

For my layout I chose to use two of the “Embossing” techniques – Heat embossing and Embossing Paste. I grabbed my shimmer embossing paste and a couple of re inkers  – and mixed them together until i got the shade I need to match my photograph and the papers that I had selected from the Garden Impressions 6×6 pack.  Then using one of the mask’s from the Pattern Party set I spread this on my whisper white card stock.

Whilst this was drying I set about inking up some of images in the Butterfly Gala stamp set once I had heat embossed the image and watercoloured  it using inks and an Aqua Painter I punched the butterflies out using the Butterfly Duet Punch   these two item will be available as a bundle when the Spring/Summer * catalogue goes live on the 3rd January

Cutting several Circles of various sizes  from the DSP using the Layering Circle Framelits,  and my Photograph – I just hoped it didn’t slip when I run it through the bigshot as I only had the one copy printed from my daughter’s wedding last year  – can’t believe its a year ago!!

I hope you like my layout using this months theme – supplies used to create this layout can be ordered via my Online store here

Don’t forget to leave me a comment below, before you continue hoping on over to see what Lisa has created using this theme.

Happy Scrappin’
