Welcome to February’s Ink & Share Scrapbook Blog Hop.
The theme chosen for this month’s theme is “All about Me” as scrapbookers we tend not to scrap many photographs of our selves as we’re usually the one the camera – snapping away.
You may have joined me from Jenna’s blog or perhaps you are starting you journey here with me, I hope that you like our creations and the they give you inspiration as you hop around the world.
For my layout I’ve used an old photograph of myself taken my a pen friend of mine back from my school days on her stay over here.
Having chosen my photograph I then set about selecting the papers I wanted to use it was a choice between Nature’s Poem or Floral Romance Specialty Designer Series Papers. The green tones of the Floral Romance Specialty DSP worked better with my photograph. Using the some of the other products from the Floral Romance Suite – Wonderful Romance stamp set and Wonderful Floral Framelits. I set about creating my layout, instead of cutting the DSP I tore the edges, made a frame for my photo and coloured the stamped image using Stampin’ Blends.

I’ve left a space on the left hand side to add a title and journaling.
My girl’s took a double look at the photo before realizing in was me….
