Welcome to April’s Colour Combo Blog Hop

You may have just visited Tanja’s blog or perhaps you are starting your journey here with me. I hope you like our creations and that they give you inspiration with this months colours.


For this month’s hop I decide that I wanted to use one of my stamps that hasn’t been off my shelf in a little while – I think we all are guilty of that. So I inked up my Painted Harvest stamp set.


Firstly I stamped the sunflower in Blushing Bride on Whisper White card stock, stamping of on one of the layers, before adding the centers and leaves.


When I placed this onto the base of Blushing Bride with a piece of Pear Pizzazz it looked too plain and needed something to lift it – using one of the sunflowers I stamped off randomly and created a background. 


I then fussy cut another sunflower and added some punched leaves before adding the sentiment from Daisy Delight in Early Espresso.
