Whale of A Time – that’s what I had this weekend creating a card for this weeks Paper Craft Crew Sketch Challenge.

  #PCC384

I fell in love with this suite as soon as I saw it. The paper is so darn cute and I love that you can use the Whale Builder Punch to punch out the whale’s from the Whale of a Time 6×6 Designer Series Paper, although I haven’t used on this card.

The hardest decision for me was which side of the designer series paper I would use for my base….. having decided, I then cut out some seaweed from coordinating card stock using a die from the Smoothing Sailing set.

Using a die from the Stitched Rectangle collection I stamped the sentiment from the Peaceful Moments set with Calypso Coral Ink.

I then layered this on some of the luscious Sheer Ribbon and added a Turtle from another sheet of the designer series paper.  To finish this card off I added a few Whale of a Time Sequins.

When I went to adhere it altogether I was then confused as I liked the arrangement on both sides of paper… so I made another card. well we all need  birthday cards don’t we??

I can’t make my mind up as to which one I like best………..
