Welcome to the Ink. Stamp. Share Showcase Blog Hop …..the purpose of this hop is to show you what we have all been working on during the month.

The projects are designed by fellow Stampin’ Up! Independent Demonstrators from around the world.

You may have joined me from  Jo’s  blog or perhaps you are starting your journey here with me. I hope you like our creations and that they give you inspiration.

For my showcase project I’m going to share with you is a project I made using the Turtle Friends stamp set, this is available in a bundle with a coordinating punch for the larger turtle (which would save you 10% of the purchase price) but for my project I paired the stamp set with the Picture This Dies.

Firstly having cut the circle’s from the Picture This Die set on a piece of Basic White card stock, I drew round the holes lightly with a pencil onto another piece of white card stock so I knew where I was stamping the images and sentiment.

The circles that are die cut out I have saved for another project…… so they won’t be wasted.

When adhering these to layers together I used Stampin’ Dimensionals I’m not sure whether you can see this from the photograph.

The Turtle’s are stamped in Evening Evergreen, one of this years Incolours and coloured in using the Light Granny Apple Stampin’ Blends. And as your never sure whether it’ll be a boy or a girl, I made one of each – Balmy Blue and Blushing Bride

Being only able to sit and craft for 20 minutes at a still at the moment due to Spinal surgery, I found that this card I could do a little, go have a rest and then come back to them.. so they took me a couple of days to complete but I’m really pleased how they turned out.

The Stampin’ Up! supplies used to create these cards can be ordered via my Online store here.  Don’t forget to use this month’s hostess code which can be found in the side bar, to receive a little something from me, if your order is under £150.

Before you continue to hop on over to see what Annette has created, don’t forget to leave me a comment below.

Happy Stampin’
