Yesterday Frank and I went to our friends wedding Nigel and Julia, we had a fantastic time, Frank’s speech (as he was best man) went down really well and the fireworks topped the evening off lovely.
So today I will share with you the card I made for them, it took be a couple of days as I haven’t been very well but luckily I made it to their big day.
The main image is a Penny Black stamp which I coloured in with my pro markers, using circle dies I then matted this on Pink Pirouette card stock, which I used to make the co ordinating box as well. The Lace, “Love” ticket and the larger roses came from Stampin’ Up!s Artisan Embellishment Kit from the Spring Summer Catalogue.
The Flower here on the lid of the box is made using the Stampin’ Up!s filter paper and the Floral Frames Framelits, which have been lightly inked in pink pirouette. And to add the final touch I used he “Mr & Mrs” and “Love” sentiments from the Tiny Tags stamp set and co ordinating Jewelery Tag Punch.
Well I must get a move on as tomorrow its the Biggin Hill craft show and I have loads still to prepare…….. hope to see you there
