I hope you are enjoying the Paper Crafting Monthly Blog Hop – this month we are featuring projects that are patriotic to the country the demonstrator lives in.
I’m super excited as its my first time joining in with this hop with fellow demonstrators from all over the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and Canada, I’m sure we’ll have a wide array of fun projects to share with you!
You may have arrived from Anastasia‘s blog. She had a fabulous project!
As soon as the theme was announced immedetialy I knew exactly which suite from the New Annual catalogue – Tea Room and then thought how I could make it really patriotic – well having played with Stampin’ Up!s Brusho’s last weekend everything fell into place nicely.
The stamp set Time for Tea comes with coordinating dies – Spot of Tea framelits and if purchased together as a bundle you’ll save 10%. As the Brusho’s come as a set of 5 for this project I just used the Brilliant Red and Prussian Blue (more details of how I made the background can be found here)
Please add a comment and let me know what you liked about my design.
Thanks for hopping with us. Now click on the next image to zoom to Karie’s blog to see what fun ideas she designed.

Wonderful use of the Brusho for your background and the teacups are a brilliant touch to your page!
Thanks for creating a scrapbook page. Using brusho to create a one of kind background is a great idea. Glad you could finally join us to hop!
Nice job, Frankie Sue! I am looking to update my scrapbooks, so I'm always looking for page layouts. I love yours!
Fun to see a scrapbook page. TFS
Great layout and use of Brusho.
Again, another project with the Brusho. Guess I am going to have to break mine out again and give it another go. Lovely scrapbook page — and teacups are one of my favorite images. Very nice. Sandy W
Wow that's a great idea to use Brusho. I must stop being scared of it and just play. Lovely scrapbook page 🙂
Thanks for passing by I can see the tea cups being used a lot as my hubby does live a cream tea when we go out
Your welcome scrapping was my first passion before cards so when hopping I try to do a mixture of projects
Thanks for you lovely comment I’d love to see your layouts too
Thanks
Thanks I love how no two projects will be the same
Sandy, you really need to break them out
Rhonda, there’s nothing to be scared off- you can’t go wrong with them
Wow! You have inspired me to use my brushos — they intimidate me a little 🙂 Great project! Thanks for sharing.
