You may have joined me from Cindy’s blog or perhaps you are starting you journey here with me, I hope that you like our creations and the they give you inspiration as you hop around the world.
I chose to play with one of my latest purchases the So Many Stars Bundle…I’ve used the Stitched Stars Dies part of the bundle and teamed it with the Little Twinkle stamp set as this really went the photograph that I was using on this Scrapbook layout.
I created the background using silver embossing paste and the brick wall mask from the Pattern Party collection. Whilst this was drying I cut a variety of stars in different colors, using dies from the Stitched Stars set. I was amazed at the different combinations I could cut out.
Once the Embossing Paste was dry I laid down my “stars” until I had fussed enough and happy with the combination. I adhered these to the layout either flat or raised slightly with Stampin’ Dimensional’s .
I then added my photograph of my grandson – his first sleepover at Nana’s. I can’t believe how good he was.
