Welcome to May’s Colour Combo Blog Hop.

You may have just visited Elisabeth’s blog or perhaps you are starting your journey here with me. I hope you like our creations and that they give you inspiration with this months colours.


For this month’s hop I’ve used the Beauty Abounds and Butterfly Gala stamp sets for my focal piece along with sentiment from Timeless Tulips set. 

 Firstly I stamped the butterflies on a scrap whisper white card stock, before colouring them with my Aqua Painters  and reinkers. I find you can get a deeper colour with them and the set them to the side to dry.

















I then stamped the vine image on the matt layer before adding the distinctive circles along the them in Calypso Coral and Gorgeous Grape. Having already punched out the circles and starburst I adhered these togehter before adding my butterflies with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
