Welcome to this month’s Tech 4 Stampers Academy blog hop.
This months theme is : Birthdays
One design two cards – This card design focuses on the dies from the Spot Light on Nature bundle. Having remembered a card that I had made a few years back using Stampin’ Up!s plain circle dies, I thought I would try it again with these dies, I just love the 3 different patterns around the edges on them.
I set about cutting one circle in my chosen colours, in various sizes when I was happy with my selection and boy it did take along time as you can imagine having 12 different circles to choose from. Once I was happy with my colour combination I adhered these together and cut them in half, off set them as shown. I hid the join using the vertical sentiment from the So Sincere stamp set.
I thought it would also be fun to try making the card with a black card base as well. I’d love to know which one you prefer, White or Black??
I do hope you like the samples I’ve made using these dies and this months theme, below is a list of products I used, should you wish to purchase any of them from my online store.
